Coloring Truffles


Painting the color into the mold, this was yellow, green and white (we use colored cocoa butter).

Once the color is set up, I put a swirl of chocolate into the mold.

When the chocolate is set up, I pipe the ganache into the center to set up.

This is the finished product!  I put pistachios and almonds on the bottom  after capping with chocolate.

  2. Nah, my mom was taking the pictures for me. I tried to take the photo and work, but it was getting chocolate all over the camera! lol!
