The truffles I was making specifically for Valentine's Day (raspberry) made a heart when I molded them. I have not been able to replicate it and I had never made one prior.
A stack of strawberry containers we went through on Valentine's Day. I had another one (not quite as big) later in day.
Man, I admire your dedication and wish I could stay happy doing something I loved for money! I don't know why but I eventually stop liking anything once I start doing it for money, unless it's something I didn't like beforehand. LOL!
