Pumpkin truffles part 3

First I made the caramel, then added the pumpkin purée from part one. After that was mixed well, I added the chocolate.

  1. Soo soo cool, Darcy. Do you have to put some chocolate on top (bottom) of the truffles before taking out of the molds? I love that there's caramel in these-sounds fabulous. I think I need to stop in to try some of your new stuff!
