Pumpkin truffles part 3

First I made the caramel, then added the pumpkin purée from part one. After that was mixed well, I added the chocolate.
Pumpkin caramel ganache ready for piping!

    Soo soo cool, Darcy. Do you have to put some chocolate on top (bottom) of the truffles before taking out of the molds? I love that there's caramel in these-sounds fabulous. I think I need to stop in to try some of your new stuff!
