The first time I see pumpkins for sale, I start drooling. It is my favorite time of the year! To make my caramel pumpkin truffles, I use fresh roasted pumpkin. This is step one of the process for the wonderful truffles!

I love that you make your own pumpkin puree for the truffles! I once made pumpkin spice truffles by cooking the pumpkin puree way down with sugar & spices before adding it to melted chocolate/cream. Interested to see how you make these!
